It's been a sweltering summer so far at Shore Fire HQ, but it's about to get even hotter, with releases from Dr. John, Gaelic Storm, Smithsonian Folkways (Ola Belle Reed), Dream Jam Band, Colour Revolt, Megan McCormick, JJ Grey & Mofro, Ricky Skaggs, Portico Quartet, Sahara Smith and The Weepies. There'll also be shows by many of the above and Eden Brent, Jimmy Cliff, Alejandro Escovedo, Gov't Mule, The Hold Steady, Marah, Mavis Staples, Mumiy Troll, Trombone Shorty and Myron Walden.
