Allison Floam (President, Co-Founder, and CEO) Bio
Allison Floam is an experienced entrepreneur who is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of TheFix.com, the leading addiction and recovery site launched in March 2011. At The Fix, she was instrumental in devising and implementing the company's unique business model. Previously, she co-founded MicroDialogue, a next-generation market research firm specializing in social media intelligence and analysis, where she completed projects for many Fortune 500 brands. Allison also invented the award-winning SunSak, an innovative consumer product which she sold live on the QVC shopping network and in other retail channels. She previously worked in Equity Research and Investment Management at Morgan Stanley.
In addition to her work with The Fix, Floam mentors several young entrepreneurs and serves as a consultant for many startups, helping to develop innovative business plans along with effective financial models and monetization strategies. Allison holds a B.S. from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
