British Troubadour Jack Savoretti Announces US Tour Dates in NYC and LA, New Album 'Sleep No More' is Out Today

Breakout British songwriter Jack Savoretti has just announced his 2017 US tour dates in NY and LA, as his new album 'Sleep No More' opened at #1 on the iTunes UK Singer/Songwriter chart, #2 on the iTunes UK overall chart, and #3 on the iTunes US Singer/Songwriter chart today. 'Sleep No More' is the follow-up to Savoretti's 2015 UK gold album 'Written In Scars.' The new album has already earned Savoretti a performance on The Graham Norton Show and praise from Mojo, The Independent, and Q Magazine, who said Jack "shares a poet's eye for detailed yet economical observation." 'Sleep No More' feels immediate and organic, partly due to Savoretti's creative process: he wrote, recorded and produced each song on the album in a single day. "I wanted to capture how you sing a song for the first time," Jack says. "It's really hard to replicate, you can never beat that performance. It might not be pitch perfect but there will be something in it that connects."
