Downtown Music Publishing Promotes Bea Koramblyum To Vice President of Business Affairs

New York, August 15, 2017 -- Bea Koramblyum has been promoted to Vice President of Business Affairs for Downtown Music Publishing. She was previously Senior Director of Business Affairs.

In her new role, Koramblyum has taken the lead role in Downtown's business and legal affairs department both with respect to external negotiations and internal affairs. She will report directly to COO and General Counsel Andrew Bergman.

"It is with great pride that I'm announcing that Bea has been promoted to Vice President of Business Affairs," said Andrew Bergman. "Bea just celebrated her 6th anniversary with the company and I can say with certainty that we are a better company as a direct result of her industry experience, hard work and positive presence and external relationships." Prior to joining Downtown, Bea was a paralegal with Davis Shapiro Lewit & Hayes, where she was involved in the day-to-day business affairs of many high profile recording artists such as Kanye West, Raekwon, LL Cool J and Ludacris.

In addition to her work for Downtown, she is on the Board of Directors and Events Co-Chair for Women In Music, a professional non-profit organization dedicated to supporting, cultivating, and recognizing the talents of women in all areas of the music industry.
