Interpol To Play Bowery Ballroom & Letterman For 'El Pintor' (Out Sept.9, Matador)

After quickly selling out a special concert at The Met's Temple of Dendur on Sept. 2, Interpol immediately sold-out an intimate show at NYC's Bowery Ballroom on Sept. 4- adding to their two sold-out headlining shows at Terminal 5 in November. Interpol will also perform on the Late Show with David Letterman on Sept. 9, the day their first album in four years, 'El Pintor,' is released on Matador.

NPR Music is now streaming Interpol's 'El Pintor' in full two weeks ahead of release as part of their First Listen series. NPR Music says "Interpol has aged into its polished sound nicely... while sounding more distinct" than ever. Listen here.
