Tash Sultana Shares New Single "Mystik" Following National TV Debut On Late Night With Seth Meyers And 2 Sold-Out NYC Shows

In the midst of a completely sold-out North American tour, and on the heels of her national TV debut on Late Night with Seth Meyers, Tash Sultana has released a new single "Mystik" on Mom + Pop Music. Like all of her songs, Tash deftly performs every instrument on the track, including the saxophone, which she played for the first time just a week before recording it. This week, Tash also kicked off her largest North American tour to date with sold-out shows at Boston's Paradise Rock Club, NYC's Bowery Ballroom and Brooklyn Steel. The entire run, which sold out weeks in advance with many rooms upgraded to larger venues, continues through the end of October with shows at DC's 9:30 Club, LA's Fonda Theatre and an appearance at Austin City Limits Music Festival.

All of this adds to what has already been a breakthrough year for Australian native and one-person powerhouse Tash Sultana. In addition to releasing her debut 'Notion' EP on Mom + Pop Music, which has clocked in at almost 70 million total Spotify streams, Tash headlined her first US tour this past winter and sold out every date before setting foot in the country. Her 'Notion' EP earned praise from, NPR who called her songs "rapturous and resonant," and the New York Times, who called her voice, "sweetly melodic, raspy and untamed."
