Tedeschi Trucks Band Adds West Coast Tour Dates To 'Let Me Get By' Tour

New York, NY: Tedeschi Trucks Band have added 11 new West Coast dates to their 2016 tour, including two nights at LA's Orpheum, two nights at Oakland's Fox Theatre and several other markets they haven't played in some time. Nicki Bluhm and The Gramblers will open on select dates.

TTB is currently on tour in support of their latest album 'Let Me Get By,' (out now via Fantasy/Concord), which kicked off in January with a sold out album release show at NYC's Apollo Theater. They have since played multiple night sold out runs at the Ryman in Nashville, The Warner Theatre in DC, and The Chicago Theatre, among others. Upcoming dates include main stage headlining stints at the historic Dockery Farms in Cleveland, MS for a very special show at the birthplace of Delta blues (the second show the Dockery has ever hosted), the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival, the High Sierra Festival, Delfest and their very own 2nd Annual 'Wheels of Soul Summer Tour' (in July).

T'Let Me Get By,' the first album the husband and wife led band has released since Derek Trucks' departure from the Allman Brothers, is a completely homegrown record recorded at Derek and Susan's (Tedeschi) backyard studio. Derek, who has been dubbed one of Rolling Stone's top guitarists of all time, self-produced the album, delivering all original material written within the TTB family. NPR Music raves "Derek Trucks seems to summon forth the entirety of contemporary music when he slides his bottle neck up and down the fretboard" and "when singer-guitarist Susan Tedeschi sings and plays, you can hear the sound move from the Mississippi Delta up to Chicago."

Presale for West Coast tickets began Tuesday, April 19th and tickets go on sale to the public on Friday, April 22nd at 10 AM local time. Full list of tour dates below.
