Boundary-pushing Hot Sugar (nee Nick Koenig) releases ‘God’s Hand’ (Break World Records) on 2/24 showcasing a unique production style called 'associative music,’ which uses field recordings to create samples and build songs. Hot Sugar has collaborated with The Roots, frequently contributes music to ‘Broad City’ and is the subject of a forthcoming SXSW documentary called “Hot Sugar’s Cold World,” produced by the creators of ‘Eastbound & Down.'
