A Safe Space For Moms To Be Real: Moms Actually

Today (5.18), Moms Actually, a podcast that creates a safe space for candid conversations about the good, the bad and the ugly of motherhood, launches its third season with episode 1: “A Lot Can Happen In A Year.”

 

In the first episode, hosts Blair Gyamfi and Morgan Taylor, two multifaceted entrepreneurs and moms, catch up on the past year and the growth of the show since launching in 2022. The pair reflect on how the show has empowered mothers to have genuine, relatable and inspiring discussions about what motherhood is really like.

 

On Episode 1, Blair and Morgan discuss:

  • Balancing entrepreneurship and motherhood
  • Getting over job loss and dealing with imposter syndrome
  • How to handle big transitions in life
  • Coping with challenges of parenting pre-teens
  • How to be more purposeful in parenting

Due to her experience with postpartum anxiety and her unconventional lifestyle she has a passion for normalizing everyone’s personal version of parenting. 

About Morgan Taylor: 

Morgan Taylor is the founder, producer and host of Moms Actually. A Virginia Beach native, she is a married mother of three. She started her motherhood journey at the age of 19 and since then, has had a strong passion for helping millennial women redefine what motherhood looks like. As a result, she founded “The Millennial Moms Club” where she creates space and community for millennial mothers around the world.
