Today (February 12), Aloe Blacc – the platinum-selling singer, songwriter, producer, and activist – shares his latest musical undertaking: a new duet version of lead single “I Do,” now featuring friend and GRAMMY-award winning singer-songwriter LeAnn Rimes. The new version of the track, which was originally released on Valentine’s Day 2020, is a beautiful expression of love highlighting warm-hued vocals of cascading melodies and delicate harmonies.

Alongside this new track release, Blacc is also sharing that a new deluxe edition of his latest album, ‘All Love Everything,’ will be available next month (March 12), featuring 3-new tracks – “I Do” feat. LeAnn Rimes, “Other Side” and “Missing Piece.”

Recently, Blacc made headlines after winning 2nd place on Fox’s hit show The Masked Singer. After being unveiled as Aloe Blacc and LeAnn Rimes (who was crowned the winner), the two declared that they needed to collaborate on a project.

Blacc and Rimes on the collaboration –

I was excited to discover that, as the Mushroom, I was sharing the stage with LeAnn Rimes, as the Sun, on the Masked Singer. After our reveals, we decided to collaborate again and a duet of "I Do" seemed like the perfect song to share,” said Blacc.

"It was a joy to sing with Aloe again. The last song we recorded together was “Spirit of Christmas" in 2015 for my holiday album, and we reconnected after our experience on The Masked Singer. "I Do" is such a beautiful song and couldn’t come at a better time. I always love creating with my friend and I’m happy we got to do it yet again," said Rimes.

Aloe Blacc will perform his romantic ballad “I Do” on ABC’s hit romance reality series, The Bachelor, on Monday, February 15 at 8/7c.

'All Love Everything' is a “beautiful, uplifting” (NPR Music) reaffirmation of everything that has driven Aloe Blacc’s career: the platinum-selling singer, songwriter, producer, and activist creates a heartfelt, artistic synthesis of family, activism and perseverance that celebrates the resilient power of love. From the emotionally-steeped “I Do” to the uniquely empathetic and class-conscious folk pop of “Harvard,” Aloe exhibits the songwriting acuity and vocal expressiveness that has made him a global star.

In addition to being included in Blacc’s “All Love Everything,” the new duet version of “I Do” will also be featured on LeAnn Rimes’ forthcoming studio album, 'God’s Work,' to be released on May 14th.
