Today, singer/songwriter, entrepreneur and best-selling music business author Ari Herstand releases his new music video “Like Home,” the title track from his new album. The video evokes the nostalgic sentiment of a relationship’s end through a house full of packed boxes, grainy VHS tapes and Polaroids that act as portals to a younger Ari.

A trail of packing peanuts leads us through “Like Home,” capturing the bittersweet sensation that comes at the close of a major chapter. Moving through the house with an air of contemplation, Ari looks back on his past to a different, pre-breakup version of himself. Overall, the video ties together the theme of the album, which was inspired by the end of Ari’s 11 year relationship and explores the idea of what “home” means and where to find it once the concept has been shattered.

“Like Home” is the title track off of Ari’s heartfelt album of the same name released on April 9th. The six-song project was a cathartic venture for Ari, who has made a name for himself teaching independent artists how to succeed in the music business through his blog Ari’s Take and the subsequent book and podcast series.
