The Factory at The District, which was named the “Best New Venue” in St. Louis by the local Riverfront Times, recently celebrated its one year anniversary. Since opening, the venue has welcomed the community back to live events with sold out shows, sporting events and other special moments. Now, The Factory has laid out plans for the next year of successes, with shows from Death Cab for Cutie, Paramore, Rainbow Kitten Surprise, and more.
Year one shows included Sublime, Olivia Rodrigo, Don Toliver, Turnpike Troubadours, Buddy Guy and Deadmau5 to name a few. The one-of-a-kind premier venue is the first new venue built in the Midwest from the ground-up in more than 40 years, and it has proven to be a must-attend location at The District.
“We are honored to operate such a special venue with an incredible team that always puts the artist and fan first," says Dan Merker, exclusive Talent Buyer for the Factory. "We look forward to elevating new standards for the concert experience and providing St Louis a premier venue to call their home.”
Amenities at The Factory (capacity 3,500) include:
* Scalable capacity, allowing the venue to transform from an intimate performing arts center to a 3,500-capacity GA club in minutes
* Roamm app, allowing guests to order refreshments and have them delivered right to their seat
* L Acoustics K2 sound system and incredible venue acoustics allowing for a one of a kind concert experience
The Staenberg Group serves as the exclusive booking agency and consultant for the Factory. Veteran talent buyer, festival producer and St. Louis native Dan Merker is the exclusive Talent Buyer for the venue. Brian Carp (formerly of House of Blues in Anaheim and Dallas) serves as The Factory’s Chief Operating Officer, and Erick Greene, who has more than 15 years of live event and venue marketing, is the Marketing Director for the venue.
