Bonobo Announces OUTLIER Live Electronic Music Events For North America This Summer/Fall
Select Run Of Special Shows Headlined and Curated By Bonobo Featuring Special Guests, With More To Be Announced

April 26, 2023 -- DJ/Producer Bonobo - aka Simon Green - has announced the return of his OUTLIER electronic music events. Five nights have been confirmed for North America between June and September of this year featuring Amtrac, Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs, TOKiMONSTA, Jacques Greene, O’Flynn and more guests to be announced at a later date. Headlined by one of the biggest names in dance/electronic music, the events are curated by Bonobo and showcase the depth of talent of his OUTLIER label imprint with Ninja Tune. This is only the second time the OUTLIER events series has taken place in North America, following a series of events in 2019 throughout the UK and Europe at prestigious locations including Amsterdam, Barcelona, Berlin, London and Paris.

The announcement arrives on the heels of a remarkable past two years for Green. He released his latest full-length album Fragments (Ninja Tune) to international raves, top chart positions and his NPR Tiny Desk debut. He also earned two GRAMMY nominations for the project - for Best Dance/Electronic Album and Best Dance/Electronic Recording - bringing his total career nominations to seven. Following the release, he spent the entirety of 2022 crisscrossing the globe on a record-breaking, full-band world tour; over 750,000 fans attended the shows and it included major music festival appearances including four performances in just 24 hours at Glastonbury last summer. Green became the first electronic musician to sell out five straight nights at Royal Albert Hall last summer.
Green’s OUTLIER label has been a primary source of musical discovery in the electronic music world since he launched it in 2020. Recent releases include “ATK,” “Defender,” and “Heartbreak” by Green and Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs which earned a GRAMMY nomination in 2021. He most recently dropped a new track called “Fold” on OUTLIER in January, a collaboration with Jacques Greene.
