Daniel Tashian Releases Second Children’s Album, ‘Mr. Moonlight’

CMA, ACM and 2019 GRAMMY Album of the Year (Kacey Musgraves' 'Golden Hour') Award-winning producer and songwriter Daniel Tashian recently released his second children’s album, ‘Mr. Moonlight.’

Tashian — a father of three daughters who is best known for his work with Musgraves, Brett Eldredge, Maisie Peters and more — used the first two weeks of quarantine to create this fun, imaginative, family-focused album. The complete album was written and recorded with the help of his daughters Tigerlily (8), Tinkerbell (6) and Matilda (6), and follows his 2020 GRAMMY-nominated debut kids album ‘I Love Rainy Days.’  

From start to finish, each song inspires a child-like wonder with everything from pirate themes to the omnipresent character Mr. Moonlight, reminiscent of magic and nostalgia from Sesame Street, Electric Company and Pink Panther.
