Denver’s Edible Beats PresentTheir Fourth Annual Thanksgiving At Home

Including Root Down, Linger, El Five and Ophelia’s

“Plain and simple- we should change the name of Thanksgiving to Thanksliving- we are just happy to be alive.” - Justin Cucci, Chef & Founder Edible Beats

Denver, CO - Imagine a Thanksgiving…where cranberries have no can marks, and salads don’t have marshmallows…where no one loses their sh*t over a board game, and every dish comes with all the trimmings.

This year, Justin Cucci Edible Beats present their 4th Annual “Thanksgiving at Home” featuring culinary remixes from the EB Universe, including Root DownLingerEl Five, and Ophelia’s. From Everything But the Turkey, to Holiday Pies, to Double the Turkey, we are excited to announce the “Thanksgiving at Home” Menu for those that don’t want to fuss in the kitchen but still want organic, scratch recipes on their tables to enjoy with friends, family and everyone in between.

We’ve sourced Barber's All Natural Turkeys that arrive fresh, never frozen, and will be preparing the turkey in two ways: the legs are salt and sugar-cured, sous-vide for 16 hours at 168°F with duck fat and herbs, while the breasts are brined, roasted, and basted with an herb compound butter. Our Marble Rye stuffing takes a unique spin on the classic using Roasted Butternut Squash, Currants, Pecans & Shiitake Mushrooms.

This season, we are donating 5% of our Thanksgiving sales, and in addition, giving guests the option to add extra donations while checking out with their take home meals.

We are also baking scratch 10”  Holiday Pies, and in true Edible Beats fashion, we are offering some classics as well as a few spins. Pies are available to order here. Order by Sunday, 11/19 and Pick-Up on Tuesday, 11/21 or Wednesday, 11/22.
