Edible Beats Announces Annual Thanksgiving Feast

For 6 continuous years, we’ve had the honor of cooking up your Thanksgiving feast - refining it, reimagining it, and making it a little better each time. As we celebrate our 6th Annual Thanksgiving at Home, we’re grateful to once again be part of your holiday table

 

 

This year marks the 6th Annual “Thanksgiving at Home” by Chef Justin Cucci & Edible Beats, featuring culinary remixes from the EB Universe—Root DownLingerEl Five, and Vital Root—to your holiday table. From Double the Turkey to scratch-made Holiday Pies, this year’s menu is designed for those that don’t want to fuss in the kitchen but still want vibrant, organic, scratch recipes on their tables to enjoy with friends, family and everyone in between. 

The Feast

We’ve sourced Barber's All Natural Turkeys - fresh, never frozen - and prepare the turkey two ways: the legs are salt and sugar-cured, sous-vide for 16 hours with duck fat and herbs, while the breasts are brined, roasted, and basted with an herb compound butter. Our Marble Rye stuffing takes a unique spin on the classic using Roasted Butternut Squash, Currants, Pecans & Shiitake Mushrooms.
