Electric Youth Sign To Secretly Canadian

Secretly Canadian is ecstatic to welcome Electric Youth to the fold. Based in Toronto, the electronic pop duo is comprised of Austin Garrick and Bronwyn Griffin. Their song "A Real Hero" (a collaboration with French producer College) represented a cultural breakthrough after its appearance in the 2011 film "Drive," directed by visionary Danish filmmaker Nicolas Winding Refn. While that song served as introduction for many, as evidenced by the 18 million plays it has received on YouTube, it only foreshadowed the type of songwriting Electric Youth are capable of.
In late 2013, Electric Youth emerged teasing a new album with the pulsing track "Innocence." The new Ivan Grbovic directed video for "Innocence" perfectly encapsulates the duality of Electric Youth's songwriting - grand and cinematic, yet speaking to intimate human truths. Watch the video here:
"Innocence" will be included on Electric Youth's debut album, due to be released this fall by Secretly Canadian in the US, Europe, and most of the world.
