Erick The Architect Unveils “Let It Go” The Remixes

Following the release of his official debut project as a solo artist, Future Proof, Erick the Architect has announced that he will release a series of remixes of his song “Let It Go” over the coming weeks. One third of Flatbush Zombies and the beloved rap group’s primary producer, Erick has today shared the first remix, created by Jamaican artist RÜDE CÅT.

Erick will be releasing a new remix each Thursday night/Friday morning on his “Architect’s Corner” Twitch channel until June 18, with five in total. In addition to RÜDE CÅT, the project also includes remixes by Linden Jay, Khushi, Powers Pleasant and Baauer. All unique in their own right, listeners will get a different vibe with each remix, further proving Erick’s versatile musical palette. 

“Let It Go” is my biggest song to date! I’m extremely honored to have such a talented crew of producers do their rendition of a song I love so much,” says Erick. “Each remix has its own unique identity that gives my song a new life!” 

“Let It Go” was originally featured on Erick’s Future Proof EP, a project inspired by the catastrophic events of 2020. Entirely written by Erick and produced by Linden Jay of FARR, lyrically Erick is at his peak, each track delivering an earful of gems that are introspective and universal. Future Proof is more than just a catchy title, it’s a roadmap to better handle the inevitable challenges that lie ahead. In February, he hosted a 4-hour Future Proof festival on Twitch with performances, meditation and sound baths, financial advice from experts, a former NBA star and more.

Erick’s exclusive Twitch partnership that streams Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays each week. “Architect’s Corner” (9.5 million cumulative streams) are late night live streams that started during the Covid-19 shutdown and offer an unadorned look into Erick’s creative mind.
