GRAMMY-Winning Singer, Songwriter & Rap Legend Everlast Drops New Single “Stones”

GRAMMY-Winning Singer, Songwriter & Rap Legend Everlast Drops New Single “Stones”

Friday, March 13  GRAMMY-winning Irish-American rapper, singer & songwriter Everlast returns today with a powerful new single, “Stones” - his inaugural release with Thirty Tigers, in partnership with Regime Music Group. Produced by Yelawolf, more on an upcoming project will be revealed soon. Tomorrow on March 14, Everlast will join syndicated radio show Skratch N Sniff for its St. Paddy’s Day Pub Crawl Mix, featuring a special mix of his extensive catalogue. This fall, Everlast will also perform at Oceans Calling Festival on September 25 in Ocean City, MD.

Stones’ is a song about culpability and regret. A journey from self loathing to self healing and forgiveness,” Everlast says. Raw, reflective, and deeply personal, the song marks the first glimpse into this next chapter, a bold step forward that balances vulnerability with resilience. Like his empathy anthem of the past 20 years, What It’s Like,” it’s yet another example of Everlast seamlessly weaving the thread that connects all walks of life through the shared, everyday realities we each experience – no matter who we are or where we come from.

“Stones”: Watch Listen

Everlast also recently shared a clip of Rubber Bullets” from the new album, written while watching the George Floyd protests, as well as the standalone single and anti-ICE anthem Blood on the Wheel” with multi-platinum producer WLPWR ("every revolution needs a soundtrack" Jolly Good Ginger).

You can call him Everlast, Whitey Ford or even Erik Francis Schrody, but by any name, this singer-songwriter-rap legend’s remarkable music career has seen him reinvent himself several times over. From his first solo album, Forever Everlasting, under the auspices of Ice-T’s Rhyme Syndicate when he was barely out of his teens, to the Jump Around success with House of Pain, the genre-bending multi-platinum Whitey Ford Sings the Blues and his GRAMMY-winning contribution to Carlos Santana’sSupernatural album (Put Your Lights On”), plus an Emmy nomination for the Saving Grace theme, Everlast has forged a groundbreaking merger of hip-hop, rock, folk, funk and R&B - influencing everyone from Yelawolf to Jelly Roll and beyond, even if he’s too modest to say it himself.
