Grain Audio Enlists Heartless Bastards For Launch Tour

Sneak Peek At Grain Audio's Solid Wood Speakers

Grain Audio is celebrating the launch of their brand, which will feature solid wood speakers and headphones, by presenting a three-city tour with Heartless Bastards coming to Philadelphia, Brooklyn, and Boston this July. Each tour stop will combine a live set from Heartless Bastards with a sneak peek at Grain Audio's "sexy" (Thrillist) new line of speakers that "look as great as they sound" (Details).

Grain Audio Presents Heartless Bastards:
Tuesday, July 9 – Philadelphia, PA – Union Transfer
Wednesday, July 10 – Brooklyn, NY – Music Hall of Williamsburg
Thursday, July 11 – Boston, MA – The Sinclair

At all three shows, Grain Audio will partner with Autism Speaks, the world's leading autism science and advocacy organization, for fundraising efforts, indicative of Grain's commitment to both social and environmental causes. Grain also uses FSC-certified wood for its products in an effort to maintain environmentally-sound practices and materials that minimize its carbon footprint.

Grain Audio will roll out four initial products later this year: in-ear headphones (IEHP, $99), over-ear headphones (OEHP, $199), a packable wireless system (PWS, $249), and a passive bookshelf system (PBS, $699). The products are created for those truly passionate about music, as well as design. In line with that mission, the bookshelf speakers have already been installed in the green rooms at each of the three venues, giving musicians the chance to be among the first to experience them.

'Arrow' (Partisan Records), the latest album by Heartless Bastards, sees the band pushing their distinctive sound forward with their most eclectic, energetic collection thus far. The album showcases the depth and breath of the band's indelible sound, with songs like "Got To Have Rock and Roll" and "Down In The Canyon" lighting upon spaghetti western film scores, Seventies soul, psychedelia, funk, blues, glam, and mudhole-stomping hard rock.
