Following the release of her debut cookbook, country spitfire Hannah Dasher shares her new 4-track EP, Scattered, Smothered & Covered, out today (3.27). Packed with tributes to country classics and featuring her signature vocals that “purr with sweetness” (Billboard), the new project finds Dasher honoring the genre greats who shaped her sound – serving up covers of Tammy Wynette, Hank Williams Jr., and Earl Thomas Conley, alongside her original song, “Waffle House” (3.6), co-written with Mark D. Sanders (George Strait, Faith Hill).

“In a world full of AI, I wanted to give folks something raw and real with Scattered, Smothered & Covered,” says Dasher. “No auto-tune or click tracks. Just like my new cookbook, I wanted to pay homage to some classics while adding my own seasoning.”

Dasher’s first project since her 2023 album, The Other Damn Half, ushers in a new chapter of her artistry, highlighting the distinctive voice and charisma that have captivated a fanbase of more than 2.3 million. That same spirit of storytelling carries into her first-ever cookbook, Stand By Your Pan, inspired by her viral TikTok series of the same name, which has already landed on Amazon’s Top New Sellers list and earned praise from The Judds, the Merle Haggard Estate, the Loretta Lynn Estate, Hank Williams Jr. and more. It features fan-favorite recipes like “Getchyo’ Man Macaroni Cheese,” “Busy Girl Bow Tie Salad” and “Naomi Judd’s Possum Pie,” alongside her signature kitchen and hosting tips. 

Fans can experience Dasher’s larger-than-life personality and hear her new EP live as she transforms venues across the country into full-blown honky-tonks, with performances in cities like Nashville, New York City, Los Angeles and more.
