New York, NY - (November 10th, 2023) - 'A Very Merry MusicClubKids Christmas,’ the debut holiday album from the viral hit YouTube Kids show MusicClubKids! is out today, via Republic Records: Kids & Family. The album showcases kids aged 10-14 delivering fresh takes on Christmas classics and holiday-themed versions of today's pop hits. 'A Very Merry MusicClubKids Christmas' combines youthful talent with the creative prowess of Grammy-nominated hit songwriter and showrunner Eric Foster White, who gives a spirited pop twist to beloved seasonal songs.

The release features 22 tracks and is a thoughtfully curated selection of timeless holiday favorites like “Here Comes Santa Claus,” “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas,” and “Santa Claus Is Coming To Town,” and pop singalongs adapted for the festive season like “Ask Santa” (Ed Sheeran’s “Bad Habits”), “Let’s Get Down to Christmas” (“The Business” by Tiësto), and “Eye of the Reindeer” (“Eye of the Tiger” by Survivor). Songs from the album will be featured in an hour-long MusicClubKids’ Special Holiday Episode to be released on November 24th.

Created by Grammy-nominated hit songwriter, executive producer, and showrunner Eric Foster White, whose impressive credits include working with artists like Britney Spears, Whitney Houston, and Backstreet Boys, MusicClubKids! is a contemporary classic that revives family-friendly musical series, but with a clever and innovative approach. White reimagines some of the biggest pop hits of the day as "story songs" for kids, collaborating with esteemed children's live-action scriptwriters to craft engaging episodes for YouTube.

Created by Grammy-nominated hit Songwriter, Executive Producer and Showrunner Eric Foster White, whose credits include Britney Spears and Backstreet Boys, MusicClubKids! is a modern classic…a return to family-friendly music-driven shows like Hannah Montana but with an ingenious twist. With the blessing of the original artists and songwriters, White has rewritten some of the biggest pop hits of the day as “story songs” for kids, then used his new versions to underscore fun short episodes he crafted with a team of esteemed kid’s live-action scriptwriters. For the pilot, White transformed the ear-worm hook of Ed Sheeran’s “Shape Of You”...“I’m In Love With Your Body” ... into “I’m In Love With My Doggy”, then wrote a whimsical story about two young sisters adopting their first puppy from an animal shelter. About Eric Foster White:

Eric Foster White is a Grammy-nominated songwriter, producer, musician and screenwriter credited with over 70 million album sales worldwide. White was touring as a sideman with Frank Sinatra when his demo recordings caught the attention of Jive Records, who signed him as a staff writer & producer, beginning a run that included several chart-topping hit records for many pop and R&B musical artists including Britney Spears, Whitney Houston and the Backstreet Boys. Subsequent to his tenure at Jive, White was recruited by Sony Music where he spent two years before leaving to start ShowMobile, a technology company that built one of the first COPPA-compliant social media apps for kids. White graduated with honors from the University of Miami with a BA, and is proficient in financial modeling and media and entertainment business analysis. Married with two children, Eric is an avid cyclist, runner and skier, a lifelong baseball fan, and enjoys talking about the history and evolution of popular music and culture.
