To see stories that began in small rooms now filling some of the most beautiful venues in the world is something I never take for granted. I’m excited to bring these new moments to everyone this spring." Following his landmark Madison Square Garden debut and his distinction as the first Asian comedian to headline London’s Royal Albert Hall, continues to redefine the scale and global visibility of Hindi-language comedy on some of the world’s most prestigious stages. With over 1 billion views across YouTube and social platforms and more than 18 million followers worldwide, Zakir has built one of the largest international audiences of any Indian stand-up comic. His Amazon Prime Video specials Haq Se Single, Kaksha Gyaarvi, and Tathastu rank among the highest rated stand-up specials by an Indian comedian. He is also behind one of YouTube’s most-watched comedy clips, When I Met a Delhi Girl (85M+ views), and hosts Ummeed, one of the most streamed podcasts in India. Zakir Khan’s “uniquely Indian” comedic style captures the emotions, struggles, and dreams of Indian households and the youth chasing success in modern India. His comedy is deeply personal, anecdotal, and heartfelt, blending small town memories with modern ambition and vulnerability. A college dropout from Indore who performs primarily in Hindi, Zakir broke into an English dominated comedy landscape and transformed it. His stories, often punctuated by the now iconic phrase “Sakht Launda,” have become cultural touchstones for a generation navigating identity and aspiration. When Zakir performs abroad, the experience extends beyond stand-up. His shows often become communal moments for the South Asian diaspora, spaces where shared language, nostalgia, and lived experience fill theaters and arenas alike. Having sold more than 3 million tickets across 150 cities, Zakir Khan continues to expand what is possible for Indian comedy worldwide. 2026 NORTH AMERICAN TOUR DATES April 17 Radio City Music Hall New York, NY April 19 NRG Arena Houston, TX May 2 SJ Civic Center San Jose, CA May 3 SJ Civic Center San Jose, CA May 9 Climate Pledge Arena Seattle, WA May 10 UTPAC Austin, TX May 16 United Theater on Broadway Los Angeles, CA May 22 Wang Theatre Boston, MA May 23 Capitol One Hall Washington, D.C.

About Zakir Khan
To say that Zakir Khan is just a popular stand-up comedian would be to miss his larger impact entirely. His is the most unlikely of stories - a college drop-out from Indore whose preferred medium is Hindi, breaking into an English-dominated scene. Today, he is celebrated just not as an Indian comedian but as a Global entertainer who has created history by becoming the First Asian comedian to have headlined & sold out Madison Square Garden, The Royal Albert Hall, London, making him part of a handful Global comedians to have had had performed at these venues, and the FIRST as an Indian comedian. Zakir’s approach to comedy is anecdotal, personal and heartfelt, and his delivery poetic and rustic at the same time. His appeal lies in his relatability - he has often said he used humor as a shield when bullied as a child, and his stories are punctuated with phrases that have become catchphrases, including the iconic ‘Sakht Launda’. This has won him a massive following in a short span of time - including 830 million+ views just on YouTube.
