Fifth Annual #Notalonechallenge Kicks Off October 10 On World Mental Health Day

SEPTEMBER 22, 2026 (LAS VEGAS, NV) — Today, multi-platinum singer-songwriter, visual artist and mental health trailblazer Jewel and her Inspiring Children Foundation (ICF) announce the return of the Not Alone Summit & Award Show, powered by the Steven & Alexandra Cohen Foundation, taking place November 2-4 at the Wynn Las Vegas. This year, the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) comes on board as a founding partner, furthering the mission to advance the global conversation around mental health and create meaningful change. Following the success of its inaugural year, the three-day gathering will once again unite leading voices across entertainment, business, science, philanthropy, wellness and more.

The week will begin on November 2 with the second annual Not Alone Award Show, hosted by Emmy Award-winning comedian Loni Love. The ceremony, which will be livestreamed via iHeartRadio’s official YouTube channel, will celebrate trailblazers and advocates whose work is reshaping how society approaches mental and emotional well-being. This year’s honorees, presenters and performers include Golden Globe and Emmy Award-nominee Anthony Ramos, former NFL linebacker and two-time Super Bowl champion Ray Lewis, National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) CEO Daniel H. Gillison Jr., YouTuber and podcast host Mike Majlak, content creator and Hugz co-founder Lexi Hensler, and Caroline Jones (Zac Brown Band), and more to be announced. On November 3-4, Jewel will partner with her co-chairs Steve Wozniak and ICF alumni Cherrial Odell, as well as television host and entrepreneur Jason Kennedy, to co-host the Not Alone Summit, bringing together influential leaders for conversations, programming and experiences centered around mental health, connection and actionable solutions. Launched in 2025, the inaugural Not Alone Summit & Award Show brought together leading artists, entrepreneurs, athletes, mental health experts, philanthropists and advocates, with speakers, performers and attendees including Jada Pinkett Smith, Steve Wozniak, Loni Love, Mike Tyson, Bozoma Saint John, Rachel Platten, Flavor Flav, Darryl “DMC” McDaniels, Bishop Briggs and more. “The inaugural Not Alone Summit reinforced something I’ve believed for a long time: meaningful change happens when we stop treating mental health as something we have to navigate alone,” says Jewel. “I’m incredibly proud to return for a second year and continue creating a space where people from very different worlds can share what they’ve learned, challenge old ways of thinking and, most importantly, turn conversation into action.”

The Not Alone Summit & Award Show grew out of the viral success of Jewel's #NotAloneChallenge, an annual mental health campaign that reminds people they are not alone while connecting them with accessible tools and resources. To date, the campaign has raised more than $3M for Jewel's Inspiring Children Foundation and has drawn support from Billie Eilish, Lionel Richie, David Foster, Josh Groban, Kelly Clarkson, Jake Shane, Paris Hilton and many more.

The fifth annual #NotAloneChallenge will launch on October 10 in recognition of World Mental Health Day, continuing Jewel's mission to make mental health resources more accessible and help people build practical tools for emotional well-being. In honor of the fifth year of the challenge, ICF has partnered with Hugz for a special limited-edition Purple Turtle, celebrating a shared belief that no one should have to navigate difficult moments alone. The collaboration builds on Hugz’s support of ICF over the past year through both donations from profits and donations of Hugz plush companions.

Jewel's commitment to mental health is deeply personal. After experiencing homelessness as a teenager and struggling to access the support she needed, she began developing her own mental health tools and practices. She, in partnership with Inspiring Children Foundation, has spent more than 27 years making mental

health programs and resources available to others, particularly underserved youth.
