Judah & The Lion Find Beauty In The Little Moments On Anthemic New Single “Miracle”

Nashville Duo Returns August 14 With 12-Track Full-Length Album ‘I Am A Prism’ (Dualtone Records)

Coast-To-Coast North American Tour Dates Coming This Fall On ‘The Boys Are Back (Tour)’

June 24, 2026: Judah & The Lion have returned today with “Miracle,” an enthralling and uplifting new original that celebrates the notion that “life doesn’t happen to you, it happens for you,” as the band’s Judah Akers describes it. Behind a swirl of synths, guitars and banjo - “Miracle” serves as a full-hearted embrace of the everyday moments we too-often take for granted. In that respect, it’s a triumphant and moving encapsulation of the themes that sit at the center of the duo’s upcoming album ‘I AM A PRISM’ (out August 14 on Dualtone), which finds them emerging on the other side of mental health struggles, heartbreak, addiction and grief - to celebrate their 15-year musical journey, the community they’ve built along the way and those little miracles that make life so meaningful.

“I think ‘Miracle’ is just a beautiful representation of the stage of life that both of us are in right now,” says Judah & The Lion’s Brian Macdonald. “Especially with me having kids, miraculous is truly one of the only ways you can describe that feeling.”

“Some people think that a miracle has to be some big, dramatic event. But it's like, what if a miracle is waking up in the morning?” adds Akers. “What if the miracle is a cardinal showing up in your yard after your grandpa died? What if a miracle is the flowers growing? What if a miracle is being there for a buddy? It’s these types of small things. Especially with how negative the world is, let's think about the things that are beautiful.”

Judah & The Lion have also just announced a run of nearly 40 coast-to-coast North American tour dates for the fall - bookended by shows in their beloved home state of Tennessee. Kicking off the tour on September 17 at Knoxville’s The Mill & Mine - and concluding with a finale for 4,500 fans at The Pinnacle in Nashville (November 13) - ‘The Boys Are Back (Tour)’ will see the duo bring I AM A PRISM from Los Angeles’ Fonda Theatre (September 30) to New York’s Webster Hall (October 27) and dozens of cities along the way. The duo previously shared “Maybe The Best Is Now” from the album - a direct response to their 2019 track “Best is yet to Come” - which currently has over 470K views on YouTube and was added to top playlists like Spotify’s New Music Friday, Apple’s New In Alternative and Amazon’s Brand New Music.

With over 900 million streams across platforms and a #1 radio hit with “Take It All Back,” Judah & The Lion have previously brought their “powerful personal messages” (Billboard) from Jimmy Kimmel Live! and Good Morning America across continents and back home again. On I AM A PRISM, Akers and Macdonald team with Grammy-nominated producer, songwriter and composer Jeremy Lutito (NEEDTOBREATHE, Michigander, Wilder Woods) and mixer Ryan Hewitt (Red Hot Chili Peppers, Oasis) to bring that fan-favorite sound to new heights.
