Colorado Springs, COLORADO, January 11th, 2023 – The lawsuit, critical of noise, against Colorado Springs’ upcoming Sunset Amphitheater, and its parent company Notes Live, the rapidly growing, dynamic, music venue and hospitality company based in the Springs, has been officially dismissed.
Notes Live has been preparing for the Sunset’s doors to open this summer with Grand Opening Weekend and headliner news to be announced in the coming weeks.

This Spring, Notes Live will complete the finishing touches on the $62,000,000 ultra-luxurious venue, poised to be the largest and most grand outdoor venue Colorado Springs has ever seen.
Breaking ground on July 11th, 2023, The Sunset garnered attention with a ceremony attended by hundreds of friends, civic and business leaders, and local government officials. Co-President of AEG Rocky Mountains, Brent Fedrizzi, joined the celebration to mark the ten-year exclusive operating partnership between AEG and The Sunset Colorado Springs.
Upon its opening, The Sunset will stand as the crown jewel in Notes Live’s growing portfolio of music and entertainment campuses nationwide. Boasting cutting-edge technology, this open-air amphitheater will feature 133 VIP luxury fire pit suites, all of which sold out two years in advance, top-of-the-line audio-visual systems, and self-draining grass berm. Making this America’s premier amphitheater.

Also announced at The Sunset’s groundbreaking in July was the forthcoming Roth Seafood & Chophouse and Hospitality Collection, a luxurious 40,000 sqft. development located adjacent to The Sunset. The $35,000,000 development will feature a stunning two-story restaurant that offers an elevated fine-dining experience, complete with a high-end specialty bar named Brohan's and an open-air rooftop terrace. The grand Hospitality Collection will encompass 40,000 sqft. of the development and is explicitly designed to be a destination for weddings, corporate events, conventions, trade shows, expos, galas, etc. This new addition will complete the company's fully loaded campus in Colorado, which already features Bourbon Brothers Smokehouse & Tavern and Boot Barn Hall, along with the planned Sunset Amphitheater and Notes Bar.
