LEE BRICE WRAPS 2013 WITH A 'HARD 2 LOVE' GOLD CERTIFICATION, GRAMMY NOMINATION, AN AMERICAN COUNTRY AWARD AND THE BIRTH OF HIS SECOND SON

There are good years, there are great years, and then there's the 2013 that Lee Brice has had.

If you cornered him and made him pick -- which would be harder than it sounds considering the 6'3 former Clemson football player's stature -- he'd probably have a very difficult time coming up with a single favorite moment.

Would it be the outsized success, both in terms of radio play and digital downloads, of singles like "I Drive Your Truck" and "Parking Lot Party" (Platinum and Gold, respectively) off his album Hard 2 Love, paired with a GRAMMY nod in the Best Solo Country Performance category, not to mention "I Drive Your Truck" being named CMA Song of the Year, picking up a GRAMMY nomination and an ACA in the Single of the Year: Breakthrough Artist category to boot?

Would it be the energized reaction of sold-out crowds at his recently completed "The Otherside Tour," one leg of which found him racing, via helicopter, from a Tonight Show With Jay Leno appearance to his headlining slot at the House of Blues in Anaheim?

Or would it be the personal highlight of becoming a father again, this time to second son Ryker Mobley Brice on Dec. 4, joining mama Sara and brother Takoda in the Brice family adventure?

Whichever highlight Brice chooses, it simply underscores the active and successful past 12 months he has achieved, and sets the stage for 2014, which will include new music and a direct support spot on Luke Bryan's "That's My Kind of Night" tour.
