Liza Anne Releases “Paranoia,” Her Anthemic Debut Single for Arts & Crafts Records

Liza Anne Releases "Paranoia," Her Anthemic Debut Single for Arts & Crafts Records, Earning Praise from Zane Lowe and NPR Music

NEW SONG FOLLOWS NATIONAL TOUR WITH JOSEPH
"Bold in both sound and subject." - NPR

Liza Anne has released her new single "Paranoia," an anthemic track that grabs you by the throat with roaring immediacy. In it, Liza faces her panic anxiety disorder with striking candor, but sets her reflections to a gritty pop melody adorned with unforgettable hooks. Zane Lowe premiered the song earlier today on his Beats1 show, and NPR Music called the song "bold in both sound and subject," saying, "What starts as a seething, slow burn of a track builds into a poppy bridge and chorus and then slams suddenly into a blown-out, distorted refrain." "Paranoia" is Liza's debut release for Arts & Crafts. Listen to "Paranoia" via NPR here: http://n.pr/2ymWyca

The new song comes on the heels of Liza's national tour opening for Joseph, which included a sold-out show at LA's El Rey Theatre last Friday.

Liza is in the midst of preparing her new album, set to release next year. Details on the new record will come soon.

NYLON dubbed Liza an artist with the "keen ability to turn even the smallest of feelings into a sweeping song," and NPR Music has praised her "searing reflections." The Georgia-bred, Nashville-based artist has toured with Margaret Glaspy, and she played ACL last year.
