Meet the Cast of Disney Junior Dance Party On Tour

Paris Nicole

Dee

Paris Nicole, a native of Los Angeles, lights up any room with her bubbly personality and bright smile. She is a member of SAG/AFTRA and a graduate of CSUN. A triple threat, Paris sings, dances and acts with gusto and passion. A mover and a shaker, Paris grew up in the San Fernando Valley and is a spitfire at Hosting Revolt TV, Dancing, Modeling and Producing. She studied dance, voice and acting with Wendy Raquel Robinson at Amazing Grace Academy, Improv at Second City, and on-camera techniques with Tess Kirsch. Paris' theatre credits include Daughters of the Kush, Ragtime, Who is Curtis Lee (NAACP Theatre Nod), Once Upon This Island and the NAACP 24 Hour Theatre Festival to name a few. She is enthusiastic to perform as Dee in the Disney Jr. Dance Party On Tour.

Fun Facts:

- Paris Nicole comes from a very large family of 13 brothers and sisters, and 19 nieces and nephews.

- Paris spent one year of college at LSU as an Exchange Student and gained a passion for football and the South.

 

Cameron Eaton Gilliam

Jay

Cameron grew up in Little Rock, Arkansas as a musician, vocalist, athlete, and acrobat. After touring with a pop/rock band the summer after graduating, he moved to Nashville, TN where he went to college and graduated valedictorianwith a degree in molecular biology. In lieu of becoming a doctor, he put med school on hold to join a boyband signed with Universal Records. Shortly after leaving the band, Cameron started his musical theatre and film career and began teaching both acting and dance at several studios and universities across middle Tennessee. He began writing, directing, choreographing, and/or starring in music videos for artists such as Hunter Hayes, The Brothers Osborne, Britt Nicole, and Mercy Me, and began producing and casting for high-profile events for icons such as Nicole Kidman, Keith Urban, Farrell Williams, and Little Big Town.

On the performance side, his adventures took him to Cologne, Germany where he performed for a summer, New York where he competed on Harry Connick Jr.'s talk show and won the first ever "Triple Threat" title and a cash prize, Atlanta where he played the lead in a new Discovery show called Dead Silent, and most recently Los Angeles where he relocated at the end of 2017 to further his acting and music career.

When Cameron isn't gigging, he writes and records music (recent visual EP - Letting Go under the name Cam Tru) and produces short films (see website).

Cameron's deepest desire is to create art and tell stories that inspire, educate, entertain, and ultimately heal the world. And, you know, might as well meet incredible people and have absurd amounts of fun along the way.

 

Brandi Chun

Vampirina

Brandi is of Japanese, Chinese, Portuguese and Hawaiian decent and was born and raised on the island of Oahu, HI. She started dancing when she was 3 years old and trained at 24-VII Danceforce Studio til she was 18. Her first professional gig was dancing at the World Expo in Shanghai, China in 2010. She moved to Los Angeles right after that to pursue her dreams of becoming a professional dancer. In 2012 she moved to Las Vegas where she performed in Cirque Du Soleil's Michael Jackson "ONE" for 5 years. She recently left the show and moved back to L.A after touring with Derek and Julianne Hough's "Move Beyond live on tour". Aside from performing she also loves to travel around teaching workshops and sharing her knowledge of dance. Some fun facts people may not know about her is that she loves Anime and Japanese culture and the only thing she hates is bananas. Her dream is to live in Japan one day and to continue experiencing other cultures while sharing her passion for dance with others.

 

Kristin Roa

Mickey/Dancer

Kristin, originally from Los Angeles, California, is a proud resident of New York City! At the age of 19, Kristin was offered an opportunity to perform with Disney Cruise Line. What she thought was going to be a quick nine-month contract turned into a seven-year adventure! Kristin has been able to perform on three of Disney's four ships; dancing in countless productions and eating her way through over 30 countries around the world. Almost serendipitously, Kristin has been given another opportunity to share her love of dancing and Disney with others - and can't wait to begin! While she continues to live out her passions on stage, Kristin is completing her degree in Business Management through Brigham Young University; always remembering to thank those who got her to where she is today: her family and pizza.

 

Chris Gayle

Minnie/Dancer

Choreographer, dancer and activist for women's equality, Chris Gayle moved to Los Angeles at the age of 17 and started her career by assisting choreographers on Fox Networks hit show "So You Think You Can Dance" where she also did multiple guest performances. Her love for the stage grew after performing at Staples Center for MC Hammer then traveling to Chicago to back up dance for Serayah from Fox's most popular television show "Empire". Also building her empire as a choreographer she built a trending brand called "Killettos" where her routines have been reposted by Chris Brown, Eric Bellinger, Big Sean, Kashdoll and lead to her position as an official choreographer for Tyler the Creator's Music Festival "Camp Flog Gnaw." Her love for people and the stage keep her career in constant motion and life on a rollercoaster only going up.

 

Francisco Casavilla

Goofy/Dancer

Francisco Casavilla ?Villa? comes from an artistic family. He began dancing at the age of eight and has been an ambitious artist since then. He moved from Argentina to New York and then Los Angeles to finish the American Musical and Dramatic Academy Conservatory program and begin his life as a professional dancer. He's a versatile dancer that has trained in several styles including Hip Hop, Contemporary, Ballet, Jazz, Jazz Funk, Bollywood, Tango, Musical Theatre and more. After graduating, he signed with the top dance agency in USA (Bloc Talent Agency Inc). He has worked with Disney in several occasions, The Muppets at the Hollywood Bowl, Universal Studios and some of the best choreographers in Los Angeles. A year and a half later of devoting his passion at auditions, classes and workshops, Francisco was soon to know that his dream was going to come true. He was hand picked to dance with LADY GAGA at the Super Bowl LI and dance in front of 118 million people across the U.S.

 

Lorena Kichik

Elena/Dancer

Mexican born Lorena Yahaira Kichik is a (dancer-choreographer-creative director--actress-host), she began her training in ballet, tap, tumbling, and jazz at the tender age of 10 in her hometown of Los Angeles.

By age 13 she was invited to join Joe Tremaine's Dance company which was directed by Michael Rooney and Marguerite Derricks. It was at this time that she began her training in hip-hop, modern, and salsa dancing. By the time she graduated high school Lorena was also trained in latin ballroom, mexican folk, belly dancing, flamenco, west african, afro-cuban, bollywood, and samba. At 18 years old Lorena launched her professional career with her first music video for the superstar Luis Miguel.

Since then, Lorena has appeared in numerous films, television shows, award shows, commercials and music videos. Some of the top artists she has danced for are Shakira, PitBull, Far east movement, snoop dog, Benise , Luis Miguel, Hilary Duff, Toni Braxton, Stevie Wonder, and Britney Spears. Tv shows : "Jane the virgin" , and CSI Los Angeles.She is also blessed tohave won various dance competitions in addition to her win on the WE channel's reality show "Dirty Dancing."

Aside from her work in front of the camera, Lorena works as a choreographer and instructor. She has choreographed for shows like "Chuck"on NBC, The LatinBillboards, and "Buena Fortuna"on Telemundo. She has been choreographedtours for artist's like Chiquis Rivera, Christian Chavez, and pop artist DEV. Also choreographing live tours like Calibash at the staple center.

As an instructor she trains pupils of all ages and all experience levels. Some celebrities she has personally trained include Academy Award Winner Penelope Cruz, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes. Dancing continues tobe Lorenas true passion in life.

 

LAshette Showers

Sofia/Dancer

Born in Reading, PA, LAshette is currently live in Burbank, CA. Her performance background includes, various commercials and TV credits such as "Law and Order" and "Sam & Cat". Recent theatre credits include, an LA workshop of "Dog Sees God", the LA & Vegas Previews of "Marilyn! A New Musical", which is set to debut in Vegas later this year and this past holiday season I could be seen at Universal's "Grinchmas" as 'Cindy Lou Who'.

Fun Facts:

- Grew up in the same town as Taylor Swift where we were cast mates doing many local theatre and improv shows together.

- Was one of the youngest performers at the age of 4, to sing the national anthem for professional teams such as the "Reading Phillies" baseball and "Reading Royals" hockey. 

- Went to the real "School of Rock" in Hollywood, CA where I learned to play Electric Guitar, bass and keyboard.

 

Miah Blake

Doc/Dancer

A native of Phoenix, Arizona, graduated from AMDA College & Conservatory of the Performing Arts - Los Angeles with a BFA in Musical Theatre. Miah moved to Los Angeles to pursue her career as a singer/songwriter and hip hop dancer, and found a passion for theatre along the way. At a young age, Miah became fascinated with dancing and performing. So much that she has her lifelong idols such as Janet Jackson and Britney Spears to thank for it. Miah became a member of a popular hip hop dance crew in Phoenix that performed on a local and national level during her high school career. AMDA presented her with the opportunity to become more involved with musical theatre as she continued to train in dance and build her vocal skills. Miah's credits range from the likes of "Dreamgirls" the Musical- McCoy Rigby Entertainment, Tour dancer for Oakland rapper, Kamaiyah, and starring in hit Go90 show, Breakarate, premiering in 2018. She has also performed in some of LA's popular venues such as House of Blues on Sunset, Club Jete, The Mint and Catalina Jazz Club. The pages in her book continue to flip as she embarks on this remarkable journey as a performer in the industry!
