Michl Debuts New Song And 'datum' Art-Film

Today, Michl releases a three-part short film titled 'datum' featuring two previously released songs ("Out of Order" and last month's Mura Masa-produced "Better With You") and new track "I'd Do It All Again". Co-directed by Michl with Sean Hollihan, the film is Michl's first video look from the project to date.

"The entire film was shot in my hometown of Riverside, CA. In the same home, same streets, same local grocery store," said Michl of his debut video. "Most would consider Riverside an uninspiring city, but somehow I always had big aspirations. By subtly placing high fashion within the context of my hometown, we were able to re-create that dreamlike optimism I had growing up."

Michl is currently on a US tour with Marian Hill, and has a debut album set for the summer as well as a headline tour this fall.
