MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 30 (NEW YORK, NY) - Today, multi-platinum chart-topping band AJRannounced The Maybe Man Immersive Concert Experience, a one-night-only livestream of the The Maybe Man Tour, their first-ever arena headlining tour, on Moment by Patreon on Wednesday, October 16th at 8PM ET/PT. You can watch the trailer HERE and buy tickets HERE.

Filmed at Wells Fargo Arena in Philadelphia, PA, directed by Tom Kirk (One Spectacular Night), and produced by Hidden Road Studios, the two-hour concert experience will be available to fans across the globe for 24 hours. Fans outside the US can view the performance starting on Thursday, October 17th at 6AM ET (Asia + Australia + New Zealand) and Thursday, October 17th at 2PM ET (UK + Europe + Africa).

The Maybe Man Tour saw the band play over 40 sold out shows across the country, from Boston’s TD Garden, to Austin’s Moody Center, Pittsburgh’s PPG Paints Arena, Chicago’s Allstate Arena, Los Angeles’ Kia Forum, and two nights at their hometown arena, Madison Square Garden.

The sold out arenas were treated to AJR’s signature captivating and thrilling performance, consisting of songs from their fifth studio album, The Maybe Man, released last fall via their own AJR Productions label and Mercury/Republic Records. The spectacle featured hits from their extensive catalog such as “Yes I’m a Mess”, “Bang!”, “Weak”, “Burn the House Down”, “Sober Up”, and TikTok viral sensation “World’s Smallest Violin”, alongside a state-of-the-art production that took the audience through multiple larger-than-life 3D optical illusions.

The tour sold over half a million tickets and was praised by press across the country - Dallas Observer noted that “AJR created a thoughtful, fully immersive concert experience, setting a new standard for male pop acts,” and American Songwriter called the show “an engaging, entertaining, and truly exciting production."

About AJR

Re-envisioning what pop can be in the 21st century, AJR unassumingly emerged as a ubiquitous hit-making outlier and one of the biggest indie bands in the world. Since 2012, the multi platinum indie pop trio—Adam [bass, vocals], Jack [vocals, guitar], and Ryan [ukulele, piano, vocals]—have generated billions of streams and earned one triple-platinum single, one double-platinum single, four platinum singles, and one platinum album. 2019’s Neotheater marked their biggest first-week debut, bowing at #8 on the Billboard Top 200, #1 on the Top Alternative Albums Chart, and #1 on the Top Rock Albums Chart. Cemented as part of the modern zeitgeist, Spotify touted “Sober Up” [feat. Rivers Cuomo] among the “Best Rock Songs of the 2010s," while Apple Music included “Weak” on its “Best Alt Songs of the 2010s.” Not to mention, they remain one of the “500 Most-Listened to Artists” on Spotify. On the heels of  Neotheater, they dropped the 2020 platinum blockbuster “BANG!”, which cracked the Top 10 at three radio formats, peaking at No. 6 on the Top 40 chart, No. 2 on Alternative radio and No. 1 on Adult Pop and marked their first Top 10 entry on the Billboard Hot 100. Now, the band open up their world like never before on their newest album, The Maybe Man [AJR Productions/Republic Records], whose title character is “a big sad superhero who is always questioning who he is.” Like a giant out of your favorite fairy tale (remade in kickass 3-D), emotion hangs over his head, so it doesn’t have to hang over yours.
