Naomi Raine Performs "Okay" For GRAMMY.com's "Positive Vibes Only" Series

GRAMMY award-winning songwriter and vocal powerhouse Naomi Raine recently joined The Recording Academy for its “Positive Vibes Only” online series, performing a heartfelt rendition of her song “Okay.”

“Okay” can be found on Raine’s recent solo album ‘Journey’ (TRIBL Records), which features her most poignant and vulnerable songwriting yet.

Raine, a GRAMMY, Billboard Music, Dove and Stellar Award-winning artist, has always felt a calling to music, performing since the age of two. ‘Journey’ explores trauma from Raine’s past, while offering optimism and hope for moving beyond it. She began writing the songs from the record in the aftermath of a miscarriage and in the midst of attending marriage therapy after her 2020 tour was canceled due to COVID. Nearly all 22 tracks are self penned, with a few written alongside Adale Jackson, co-producer G Morris Coleman, Gary Coach, Kayla Thompson, Taylor Drevan Hill and Tywan Mack.
