O.A.R. Bring 'Sounds of Summer' Tour To 34 US Cities

Touring powerhouse O.A.R. has announced their 34-date 'Sounds of Summer' Tour, to include performances at Citi Field, Merriweather Post Pavilion, PNC Bank Arts Center, and Summerfest in Milwaukee, WI. O.A.R. -- called "one of the tightest live bands at work these days" -- will also return to Red Rocks Amphitheatre where the band recorded 'Live on Red Rocks' in 2012. The collection was released on November 19th, 2012 as a double CD/DVD set and on Blu-ray March 19th.

The 'Sounds of Summer' Tour begins on June 7th in Norfolk, VA and concludes in Arnolds Park, Iowa on August 16th. Special guests Andrew McMahon and Allen Stone, will join the band on the majority of tour dates. In addition to their headlining performances, the band will perform with the Dave Matthews Band in Cincinnati, OH on July 12th. 

Continuing their work with US veterans, O.A.R. has once again partnered with Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America (IAVA) - a nonprofit dedicated to "improve[ing] the lives of Iraq and Afghanistan veterans and their families" - to offer free tickets to veterans.
