Outback Presents Announces New Board Of Directors
Strategic Board Appointments Solidify Outback Presents as a Leader in Live EntertainmentOutback Presents, North America's leading independent, full-service promoter of live entertainment, has expanded its Board of Directors to include several prominent industry leaders. Chairman of the Board Leigh Feuerstein has a proven track-record of building high integrity products, brands and organizations. Under his leadership, recent Board appointments include Dimitri Cohen, Constance Schwartz-Morini, Jermaine Preyan, Ignacio Meyer and Austin Rosen. The group brings a wealth of experience and strategic insight that will be pivotal in guiding Outback Presents as it continues to expand its impact in the entertainment industry. “These appointments represent our commitment to maintaining Outback Presents’ leadership position and ensuring our long-term success in a rapidly evolving industry,” said Feuerstein. “We are incredibly proud to welcome our new Board members, each driven by a shared passion for comedy, music and the transformative power of live entertainment. The new Board of Directors joins Outback Presents following a record-breaking year, with close to 1,700 shows produced across 283 cities and over 4.5 million tickets sold. These appointments are timely and significant as Outback Presents further establishes its status as an industry leader.
Outback Presents Board of Directors:
Leigh Feuerstein, Chairman of the Board. Leigh Feuerstein has a history of building high integrity products, brands and organizations. His credits include Sensible Portions, Veggie Straws, Rickland Orchards Greek Yogurt Bars, Dippin’ Chips, Thinster Cookies, SkinnyPop and ParmCrisps. Feuerstein co-founded Halen Brands, Inc., a leading consumer packaged goods operating company with successful ventures such as From the Ground Up (sold in 2022) and Only What You Need (“OWYN”) (sold in 2024). Following Halen Brands, Feuerstein co-founded The Ryl Company where he remains Chairman. Prior to being an entrepreneur, Feuerstein maintained a distinguished career on Wall Street, specializing in tax, accounting, fund structuring and asset raising. As the former COO/CFO of Element Capital, Feuerstein helped grow net assets from $250 million to $4+ billion. Feuerstein’s philanthropic endeavors include serving on the Board of FARE, a nonprofit supporting Americans with food allergies. Also, Feuerstein currently serves as Director of the Liberty National Foundation.
Dimitri Cohen, Principal/CIO, Raven Capital. Dimitri Cohen is the Chief Investment officer of Credit at Raven Capital, specializing in asset-based, non-sponsored direct loans. With nearly two decades of experience in investment management, Cohen has scaled Raven’s private credit platform, investing over $2.5 billion. He previously worked at DDJ Capital Management and Seawall Capital Management.
Constance Schwartz-Morini, Co-Founder/CEO, SMAC Entertainment. Constance Schwartz-Morini co-founded SMAC Entertainment, a talent management firm and an Emmy-nominated production company, with Michael Strahan. Her three-decade career spans sports, entertainment, music and media, where she has developed a modern approach to managing multifaceted careers.
Jermaine Preyan (Mack Maine), Record Executive and Entrepreneur. Known mostly for his work with Young Money Entertainment, Mack Maine has filled numerous pivotal roles in the company’s formation and unprecedented growth. Arguably the most successful independent record company, Maine’s professional achievements include being an Artist, Writer, President and CEO of the Label and Manager for Lil Wayne. Maine has been influential in the careers of Nicki Minaj, Drake, Lil Wayne and Tyga. Maine is also a founding member of Young Money APAA Sports Agency which recently signed 2024 Heisman Trophy winner Travis Hunter.
Ignacio Meyer, President, Univision Television Networks Group. Ignacio Meyer is President of Univision Networks Group at TelevisaUnivision, the world’s leading Spanish-language media company. In his current role, Meyer oversees programming strategy and operations for the company’s portfolio of leading properties in the United States, which include Univision, UNIMAS, Galavision and TUDN, as well as Univision’s radio and local television stations. With more than 20 years of experience in the media, music and entertainment industry, Meyer has earned recognition for his work, including being named to Billboard’s 2022 and 2023 Latin Power Players list and as Executive of the Month on Billboard en Espanol.
Austin Rosen, CEO, Electric Feel Entertainment. Austin Rosen is a lifelong entrepreneur and Founder of Electric Feel Entertainment. Rosen oversees a roster of A-list recording artists, producers and songwriters with notable talents such as Post Malone, Quavo and The Kid LAROI. Under his leadership, the company has achieved remarkable success, boasting over 18 Diamond Records and 726 Platinum Records, 28 Billboard Hot 100 Number 1 records and amassed over 450 billion streams.
