Outshine Talent Expand Staff with Hiring of Shaina Suk as Talent Manager

Signs Top Make-Up Creator Erin Parsons, Law Student & Lifestyle Creator Christina Stratton, and Sports Commentator Lacey Jane Brown 

The leading talent management company’s latest hiring further expands their LA office and top talent roster

Leading talent management company Outshine Talent welcomes Shaina Suk as Talent Manager. Suk will join Outshine’s LA office. 

Suk joins Outshine from the brand side where she recently led talent partnerships for Forma Brands, working on Morphe, Morphe 2, and Bad Habit Beauty; and prior to that, led talent partnerships at Murad Skincare. She brings a wide array of digital media and influencer relations experience, specifically in the beauty and lifestyle categories.

Outshine is also excited to announce the signing of top celebrity makeup artist & creator Erin Parsons, lifestyle influencer and law student Christina Stratton, and sports influencer Lacey Jane Brown. Parsons is a top makeup artist to the stars and vintage collector (read more on her vintage beauty museum via Allure) with 23.3M likes on TikTok and a combined following of more than 1.3M. She has worked with some of fashion's biggest names like Gigi Hadid and Kendall Jenner, served as the global makeup artist for Maybelline New York, and been featured in Allure, Glamour, Nylon, Newsweek, and Vogue. 

Stratton has made a name for herself as one of TikTok’s newest stars with her fresh and energetic fashion content and sharing her life as a first-year law student. She’s earned 16.3M TikTok likes and a combined following of almost 320K, and has already partnered with top brands including Redken, Dermalogica, and Casetify. Brown is a sports commentator and content creator with 24.6M likes on TikTok and a combined following of more than 305K. With a passion for female representation in the industry, Brown’s content on the latest in the sports world has led her to become one of TikTok’s leading sports voices, and she’s currently working with top brands like AT&T, DIRECTV, and Degree.

All three are managed by Barbara Jones, and Suk will work closely with Parsons and Stratton.
