Today (8.20), Outshine Talent – a boutique talent management firm representing a diverse roster of top social creators, athletes, musicians, and innovators – announces the promotion of Caroline Shin Sixt to Senior Vice President. In her new role, she will continue to lead the growth and strategy of Outshine Talent’s top-tier digital creator and celebrity roster while overseeing new business ventures and the company’s newest division, Outshine Artists Group.

Shin Sixt has played a pivotal role in expanding Outshine’s talent roster and broadening the agency’s reach across entertainment, fashion, and culture. By identifying long-term potential and helping talent transform their influence and creative vision into distinctive brands, scalable businesses and lasting careers, she’s cultivated strategic partnerships with global brands and entertainment leaders including Motorola, Netflix, L’Oréal, The Estée Lauder Companies and WWE. During her time at the company, she has signed and developed leading creators including Snitchery, Jenna Sinatra, Raye Boyce, Yasmin Devonport, Beckett Shultz and Mitchell Halliday (Made by Mitchell).

Shin Sixt will also lead Outshine Artists Group, the agency’s newest division representing creative directors, fashion stylists, and other visual innovators shaping culture. The roster includes Hunter Clem, one of fashion's fastest-rising stylists and Fashion Director for 2hollis, whose client list includes Lady Gaga and Slayyyter, and Nicola Formichetti, renowned Creative Director of MAC Cosmetics. With additional signings to be announced, the launch reflects the agency's expansion into the traditional creative talent space, further positioning Outshine at the intersection of entertainment, fashion and culture.

“Working with Caroline for over three years, I’ve seen her creativity and leadership continue to grow and push the boundaries not only through her signings but also through the client relationships she’s cultivated in the industry,” says Jones. “I am excited about Outshine’s new Artists division and Caroline is the perfect person to cultivate it and make a mark on the industry.”

"Over the past decade, the talent industry has transformed in remarkable ways, and I've been fortunate to evolve alongside it," says Shin Sixt. "I'm incredibly proud to represent Outshine and help build something truly special with Barbara and our team. We approach every opportunity with a 'think big' mentality, staying ahead of culture while taking a thoughtful, long-term approach to every partnership. We're not just creating opportunities; we're building lasting careers, brands, and businesses. I'm excited to continue expanding our roster, growing into new areas of representation, and helping shape what's next for the future of talent."

"What I love about being part of Outshine Artists is that they truly see the bigger picture," says Hunter Clem. "They're not just focused on the next opportunity; they're thinking about how every partnership, project, and creative decision can build toward something bigger. Having a team that understands my vision, supports my creativity, and is genuinely invested in my long-term growth means everything."

Shin Sixt brings more than a decade of leadership experience across the creator and talent industry, including roles at Disney, Amazon, Unilever Prestige and Forma Brands.
