100 Voices. 1 Explosive Conversation. Don't Miss Their Take On America.
Understanding the Historic Midterm Elections Through The Voices of Diverse Americans
OZY Media’s groundbreaking town hall series, Take on America, traveled across the U.S. to confront today’s most pressing issues by exploring the diversity of opinions among groups often pigeonholed for voting as a block-focused on the voices of Black men, White women, Latino families, and Asian-American millennials.
Hosted by Emmy Awardwinning presenter Carlos Watson, the first four provocative and intimate shows reached over 10 million viewers. The show featured gusts such as Jemele Hill, Mayor Carmen Cruz, Michelle Kwan, Rosie Perez, Eddie Huang, Vanessa Carlton, candidates for Congress, and many more.

Because for too long, stereotypes and assumptions have silenced groups across the U.S. Do Black men feel defined primarily by their Blackness? What is Asian-American millennials’ take on dating in 2018? How do White women think about love and guns in the era of #MeToo and President Trump? Is there a divide between young Latinos and their parents?
This series brought together 100 people with key characteristics in common in order to shine a spotlight on their diversity — and cut through the cultural stereotypes.
