Qobuz Chosen As Official Streaming Service of AXPONA
Attendees will experience Hi-Res music at up to 24/192 resolution on Qobuz in most every exhibit.
Qobuz, the world’s first and only certified Hi-Res streaming and download service, has been chosen as the official high-resolution streaming service at this year’s AXPONA, the largest high-end audio show in North America. In their first audio show appearance since Qobuz publicly launched in the US on February 14th, Qobuz will stream in more than 190 listening rooms throughout the show on some of the world's best music systems.
In the US, Qobuz has quickly become the streaming choice of true music connoisseurs insisting on the highest quality files and listening, and it is now integrated with many of the world's top audio manufacturers, including Mark Levinson, Aurender, McIntosh, Devialet, Sonos, Wolf, Esoteric, and BlueSound - full partners list HERE. At AXPONA, where Qobuz will also be a first-time exhibitor, Qobuz Chief Hi-Res Evangelist David Solomon will host flash DJ sessions throughout the show and speak on the future of Hi-Res Audio. He will also do a 45 minute introduction on Qobuz that will be open to the public.
Visitors are excited to learn and hear more, and exhibitors are excited because Qobuz has a seemingly endless supply of the best sounding Hi-Res (flac) tracks that any DAC can easily play.
Here is what some of the top audio manufacturers are saying about using Qobuz on their systems:
Auralic’s Alex Brinkman: “ There are many streaming services out there right now, but for me, Qobuz is the only one built for the hardcore music lover. We’ll be showing everyone why at Axpona”
Angela Cardas Meredith of Cardas Cable: "Now that we’ve had the chance to try Qobuz, we can’t go back. It’s a dramatic improvement over any other streamer we’ve used before. The detail, presence and imaging is amazing.”
Jesse Luna of dCS: "I love Qobuz at shows, and at home. The seemingly endless catalog of Hi-Res (flac) tracks are perfect on our latest and greatest systems, as well as our legacy components... Considering I am using a dCS Scarlatti D/A, this is a huge benefit to me.”
