Qobuz, the music lover's go-to Hi-Res music streaming and download platform, will be the official streaming partner of this year’s AXPONA, North America’s biggest audio conference (April 14-16, 2023 in Schaumburg, IL). At this year’s conference, Qobuz and Roon will co-host a special panel on how to get the very best out of streaming music, “Streaming Made Straightforward,” and Qobuz will also give its own presentation, “Streaming Hi-Res with Qobuz.”
Featuring Qobuz’ VP of Business Development and Chief Hi-Res Music Evangelist David Solomon, and Roon Director of Strategy/Partnerships Rob Darling, “Streaming Made Straightforward'' is scheduled for 11:45 am CT on Saturday, April 15th (additional details below). Directly after the panel, Solomon will host a lossless Qobuz listening session / after-party at 1pm, “Acora Acoustics,” and hold another Flash DJ Session at 3pm.
Later that day, Solomon will give a presentation, “Streaming Hi-Res with Qobuz,” where he will showcase all the latest and greatest Qobuz has to offer, answer questions, and give tips on how to get the best performance from Hi-Res streaming at home and on the road. The discussion will take place at 5pm CT on Saturday, April 15th.

And beyond the scheduled events, Solomon will be on-site all weekend to work the floors and spread the word on Hi-Res streaming and the “boutique in a superstore world” reputation that Qobuz has achieved through top-notch sound quality, artist programs (Christian McBride currently serves as Artist-Approved Sound Spokesperson), exclusives with everyone from Dinosaur Jr. to Anat Cohen, editorial, metadata, events such as its ongoing live-to-EP concert series with International Anthem, and more.
There will also be a Qobuz booth where attendees can demo the service on a variety of headphone set-ups.
