May 5, 2026 – Internationally acclaimed Turkish actress and performer Beren (aka Beren Saat) steps into the global pop arena with the announcement of her upcoming Exuberance EP out June 4, 2026 via Dola Music, distributed by The Orchard.

Known for her standout roles in NETFLIX’s The Gift and The Last Call for Istanbul, among others, the announcement follows the release of Beren’s bold electronic-pop single and accompanying music video, “CapitaliZoo,” which challenges conformity and celebrates liberation. 

Co-produced by multi-platinum Turkish pop icon - and Beren’s spouse - Kenan Doğulu, and mixed by GRAMMY® Award-winning engineer Brendan Morawski (Taylor Swift, Alicia Keys, Rihanna), “CapitaliZoo” immediately establishes Beren’s distinct sonic identity. Recorded live in Turkey, the track blends sleek electronic production with the rich textures of traditional Turkish music, with bass by Michael League (Snarky Puppy) and driven by Beren’s commanding vocal performance.

Speaking on the single, Beren shares: “‘CapitaliZoo’ is about waking up to the ways the world tries to tame you. We're all born free - blank, honest - but society slowly teaches us to perform. As an actress, I learned to play roles. In music, I finally get to break character. This song is my rebellion against the cage.” 

Since its February release, “CapitaliZoo” has already garnered hundreds of thousands of streams, while the official video has surpassed 2.7 million views and continues to climb. 

Directed by MTV VMA Award-winning filmmaker Ecem Lawton, the striking visual reimagines modern society as a stylized “zoo,” channeling themes of instinct, control, and liberation. The cinematic world unfolds through dynamic vignettes and features standout choreography by Marvin Brown (Jennifer Lopez, Dua Lipa, Britney Spears).
