LOS ANGELES, CA – Comedy Dynamics, with Pluto TV, has announced they are releasing season 8 of their stand-up comedy showcase, Coming To The Stage, on June 2, 2020 exclusively on Pluto TV. After an exclusive window on Pluto TV’s platform, the series will be released on the Comedy Dynamics network, their hybrid distribution system composed of Comcast, Amazon Prime Video, Spectrum, Apple TV, Dish, Google Play, DirecTV, Vimeo, YouTube and more. The album will be available on June 5, 2020 on Sirius XM, Spotify, Amazon Music, Apple Music, Pandora and more.

For 7 seasons, Coming To The Stage has been a launch pad for up-and-coming stand-up comedians who jumped at the chance to “come to the stage” and showcase their talents in front of a live studio audience at the world famous Cisco Stage in Burbank, CA. The series, which premiered on Hulu, will hit it’s landmark 60th episode with the finale of season 10. George Wallace, Tom Green, and Andy Kindler have hosted previous seasons. Coming To The Stage has helped catapult the careers of many respected comedians such as Preacher Lawson (America’s Got Talent), Rell Battle (Key and Peele, Jeff Ross presents Roast Battle, Superior Donuts), James Davis (Wild N Out, Hood Adjacent with James Davis, Real Husbands of Hollywood), Rhea Butcher (Full Frontal with Samantha Bee, Last Comic Standing, Harmontown), Matthew Broussard (This Week at The Comedy Cellar, Comedy Central’s The Half Hour, @Midnight), J.R. DeGuzman (Acting Out, Harry), and Josh Fadem (Better Call Saul, Twin Peaks (2017), 30 Rock).

“Over the years we’ve watched some of the best up and coming comedians perform on the show, and we’re thrilled for you all to see what rising stars are showcased this season,” said Brian Volk-Weiss, CEO of Comedy Dynamics.

“We're always working to keep our audience laughing with a variety of comedy programming,” states Amy Kuessner, SVP Content Partnerships, Pluto TV. “Coming To The Stage consistently delivers hilarious stand-up, and we're ready to provide a new stage for these up-and-coming comedians exclusively on our service.”

Coming To The Stage season 8 was Executive Produced by Brian Volk-Weiss, Cisco Henson, Michael Epstein and Davina Dobrovech.
