St. Lucia has released their new song "Help Me Run Away," which premiered yesterday via Beats 1 with Zane Lowe as a World Record (http://apple.co/1QpXJtm). The track is the latest cut from their forthcoming album ‘Matter,’ which will be available on all DSPs January 29th via Columbia. In anticipation of 'Matter,' St. Lucia will play their hit single "Dancing On Glass" on the Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon this evening. SPIN hailed the song as "euphoric" and Consequence of Sound called it "blissed out," saying "synthpop maestro Jean-Philip Grobler is back in a big way." 'Matter' has been named one of 2016’s most anticipated albums by Billboard and Entertainment Weekly, and KCRW’s Jason Bentley recently said on an episode of Morning Becomes Eclectic, "this should be the biggest band in the world right now."
On January 28th, St. Lucia will partner with SoulCycle for a day of St. Lucia-themed rides. Instructors in six major markets including New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, DC, Chicago and Boston will lead rides set to the songs from 'Matter' (Sign-ups begin at 12pm on Monday: https://www.soul-cycle.com).
St. Lucia recently announced a special, intimate release show at Brooklyn's Baby's All Right, and it sold out in seconds. Additional tour dates have sold out too, including New York's Webster Hall and Los Angeles’s Fonda Theater. Full itinerary below.
The band will also be partnering with New Zealand winery Villa Maria for a pair of special fly-away contests during their upcoming tour.
