The Factory Set To Open Doors In St. Louis Region On Fri., July 16th With Deadmau5

First New Venue in the MidWest Built from the Ground-Up in More than 40 Years

Announces More Than 20+ Shows

The Factory, the Midwest’s newest premier venue, will host its grand opening concert on Fri., July 16th featuring Deadmau5. Additionally, more than 20 shows are announced through the Fall, including a variety of acts from Old Dominion to The Roots; Midland to Marc Ribellet; Sublime With Rome, The Beach Boys, Simple Plan and more.

The premiere 52,000 square foot event space, which was developed by The Staenberg Group, will have capacity for up to 3,000 guests for national touring concerts. It will be the home for diverse entertainment in 2021 (and beyond) with the capacity that the region has needed for years to bring top-tier acts, yet it still creates an intimate experience for the entire audience.

Every element of the venue was carefully thought out, including the industrial design which connects with the region’s history of being home to factories and manufacturing plants. The open and spacious interior takes on an industrial vibe, which includes cues from old factories and manufacturing plants with finishes like weathered wood, metalwork stairs, exposed brick, vintage lighting fixtures and polished concrete.

The Staenberg Group has partnered with Contemporary Productions to serve as the exclusive booking agency and consultant for the Factory. Veteran talent buyer, festival producer and St. Louis native Dan Merker is the exclusive Talent Buyer for the venue. Brian Carp (formerly of House of Blues in Anaheim and Dallas) serves as The Factory’s Chief Operating Officer, and Erick Greene, who has more than 15 years of live event and venue marketing, is the Marketing Director for the venue.
