The Introvert’s Survival Guide, a new eight-part self-help interview podcast, is premiering today on Audible via the audio-first entertainment company Fresh Produce Media. Hosted by comedian Aparna Nancherla (Inside Amy Schumer, Late Night with Seth Meyers, Search Party), The Introvert’s Survival Guide features one-on-one interviews with introverted experts of all kinds to help listeners tackle everyday challenges like going on a date with a total stranger, having the megaphone at a protest, or learning that your office is terminating work-from-home days. Across its eight episodes, all dropping today, listeners can hear about experiences to make them feel a little less alone, and gain skills and wisdom from like minds including author Jenn Granneman, writer and comedian Elyse Myers, podcaster Jeri Bingham, and comedian and television host Seth Meyers.

The Introvert’s Survival Guide is executive produced by Fresh Produce Media’s Chief Content Officer, Colin Moore and CEO, Jason Ross, and created by Alex Cottle and Julian Ambler. Tyler Greene led production on the project.
