The Shacks Share Kaleidoscopic Polaroids From The Road, Debut “Audrey”

Today, The Shacks were profiled at Office Magazine, where they shared some polaroids from their travels on the road and a funky, forestal new song entitled “Audrey (Spending All My Time With You).”

Check it all out here, and uncover their "abnormally enhanced visual and auditory senses, heightened self-awareness, and overwhelming star power."

The young NYC band — led by Shannon Wise and Max Shrager (guitar) — are prodigious studio rats, with a large backlog of music waiting to be released. Guitarist Max Shrager (21) has backed the likes of Sharon Jones, Naomi Shelton, and Charles Bradley since he knocked on Daptone's door at age 14. Hear him and Shannon Wise (19) talking all-analog home sessions, Fujifilm, pajamas and more on Beats 1 Radio.

On December 15th and 16th, The Shacks head to Brooklyn Bowl to wrap up a year that's brought their polychromatic garage-pop to national tours with Chicano Batman and Khruangbin, an iPhone ad, 'Riverdale,' and more.
