The War And Treaty Earns Academy of Country Music Awards Nomination For ‘Duo of the Year’

Congratulations to The War And Treaty, who have earned a ‘Duo of the Year’ nomination at this year’s Academy of Country Music Awards. “Country Music’s Party of the Year'' will stream live exclusively on Prime Video on Thursday, May 16 at 8 p.m. EDT from Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas.

This nomination comes on the heels of The War And Treaty performing "America The Beautiful" at WrestleMania’s 40th anniversary event this past Sunday in South Philadelphia at Lincoln Financial Field, performing to nearly 70,000 fans. 

The group also just released their first new single of 2024 “Stealing A Kiss” – a seductive envelope of country soul that they are becoming well known for. (Listen HERE

The ACM nomination comes following an exciting year of honors for the husband-and-wife pair, garnering their first ever GRAMMY nominations for Best American Roots Song and for the all-genre Best New Artist, as well as their first ever Duo of the Year nomination from the Country Music Association and Vocal Duo nomination from the Academy of Country Music. They were also nominated for this year’s CMT Music Awards for Duo/Group Video of the Year and for CMT Performance of the Year. Further recent recognition has come by the Country Music Hall of Fame, the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, the Grand Ole Opry, and the Americana Music Association.
