Tim Gerst Named to Nashville Business Journal's 40 Under 40

Nashville Business Journal unveiled its 2023 “40 Under 40” list, recognizing Music City’s most influential young entrepreneurs, CEOs and leaders. Among the list this year is Tim Gerst, CEO of digital marketing agency Thinkswell.  

Gerst began his career in the music industry in 2005 after reaching out to his favorite band, Thousand Foot Krutch, and offering to run its social media for free. Years later as CEO of Thinkswell, he is constantly adapting to new trends and uniquely tailoring his clients’ campaigns from start to finish to stay ahead of the constantly-changing industries. His clients include some of country music’s biggest names (Brad Paisley, Randy Houser), celebrities (Kevin Costner), charitable organizations (St. Jude “This Shirt Saves Lives,” Band Against Cancer) and large corporations (Walmart through talkshoplive).
