TVG Hospitality To Open New Los Angeles Venue Pacific Electric October 2025

750-Cap Room To Present All Genre Concerts, Club Nights, Cultural And Community Events

April 2, 2025—Forward-thinking global entertainment group tvg hospitality will open Pacific Electric, a new venue in Los Angeles, this October. Construction on the space, nestled in the historic Naud Warehouse, is underway.

The 750-capacity Pacific Electric, planting roots between Chinatown and Elysian Park, will offer state of the art sound and lighting and an unparalleled level of hospitality. Angelenos should expect first in class food and beverage offerings and universally excellent sightlines. “L.A. has never seen the likes of Pacific Electric,” says tvg founder Ben Lovett. “Whether it’s an artist playing their biggest show yet as they rocket to the top or an arena headliner in the smallest room they’ve graced in years, we’re excited to make magic for fans and artists every night. From the front doors to the barricade, we hope to offer everyone an unparalleled experience.”

With a name that celebrates Los Angeles’ Red Car transit system of the early twentieth century, Pacific Electric similarly hopes to be a force of connection and coming together for the city. The venue’s programming is slated to be all-encompassing, including concerts from all genres, underplays, club nights and more, programmed in partnership with independent promoters. A focus on community engagement, cultural events and local partnerships will be a central tenet of the space, aiming to create a destination the celebrates Los Angeles.

Stacey Levine, a Los Angeles music legend whose work has included leading The Theatre at Ace Hotel and The Wiltern as well as spearheading the reopening of the Palladium, will serve as Senior General Manager of Pacific Electric, overseeing property-wide operations in partnership with tvg leadership.

“Pacific Electric has been incubating for five years and we’re over the moon that it’s almost time to open the doors,” says Levine. “We can’t wait to welcome everyone—fans, artists, our L.A. community—with open arms to see some insanely special shows very soon.
