Today, Apple TV’s Yo Gabba GabbaLand! brought its signature energy and irresistible cheer to NPR Music’s iconic Tiny Desk series. Always bringing fun and positivity wherever they go, the Yo Gabba GabbaLand! friends delivered a vibrant performance sure to leave viewers of all ages smiling.

The lively set opened with the cheerful number “We’re in Yo Gabba GabbaLand!,” kept the energy high with the classic interactive song “Hold Still,” and the new and instructive “I’m So Mad (Just Breathe)” followed. Adding to the magic, GRAMMY-winning artist Thundercat, sporting a head-to-toe orange cat costume, reprised his GabbaLand!series role for a special rendition of “The Orange Cat’s Special Time Outdoors,” before joining the fan-favorite finale “Party in My Tummy.”

“Tiny Desk is basically hallowed ground at this point,” said GabbaLand co-creator Scott Schultz. “Just to be asked was a huge honor for us. We’re incredibly grateful to the NPR Music team and, of course, our friend Thundercat. We were so happy to bring the Gabba magic to the iconic series and can’t wait for our fans of all ages to share in our joy!”

Starring Kamryn Smith as Kammy Kam, Yo Gabba GabbaLand! is Apple TV+’s revival of the Emmy-nominated cultural phenomenon Yo Gabba Gabba!, produced in partnership and collaboration with WildBrain and Yo Gabba Gabba LLC, co-owners of the brand. Much like the beloved original, the new series is packed with celebrity guest appearances, featuring stars such as Gillian Jacobs, Chelsea Peretti, and Flea. Fans will also be delighted by the return of the original voice actors, including Adam Deibert (Muno), Amos Watene (Brobee), Emma Penrose (Foofa), Erin Pierce (Toodee), and co-creator Christian Jacobs as Plex.

Yo Gabba GabbaLand! Season 1 Soundtrack, released on August 9th via BMG, further highlights the show's deep connection to music and its appeal to families and music fans alike. The soundtrack features a star-studded lineup of collaborators, including Anderson .Paak, Portugal. The Man, Thundercat, mxmtoon, Local Natives, Lucius, Kurt Vile, Betty Who, Twin Shadow, Ty Segall, The Linda Lindas, Big Daddy Kane, Claud, Cory Wong & Antwaun Stanley, Dayglow, Miyavi, Paul Williams, Prestyn Smith, Reggie Watts, ROMderful, The Drums, and The Interrupters.

On December 6, BMG released physical versions of the soundtrack, just in time for the holidays. Yo Gabba GabbaLand! Season 1 Soundtrack is available on both vinyl and CD at Amazon and yogabbagabba.com.
