Today (6.9), the American Spirits Council of Tasters announces the Best In Showwinners for the 2025 ASCOT Awards, including Lasso Motel 18 Year American Straight Whiskey, which was recognized as the 2025 "Best in Show" Ultimate Winner, and Rolling Fork Spirits 16 Year Trinidad Single Cask, which was named the 2025 Best in Show "White Spirit/Non Whiskey of the Year.”

This year’s ASCOT Awards saw a rise in entries for the Tequila category, as well as a jump in newer blenders and independent bottlers such as Lasso Motel and Rolling Fork. Each entry was blind-tasted by 40+ judges who collectively determined the Medal Winners, followed by the Best In Show Winners.
